How is access controlled?
Role-based permissions scope who sees which records and fields, changes are accountable, and public forms are explicitly separated from internal data. Infrastructure runs on AWS.
Do clients need logins?
No. Consultation requests, intake forms, and updates work through public forms — clients get a professional experience without another password.
Can we bring in our existing contacts and matters?
Yes. Exports from your current tools and spreadsheets are what our data conversion service handles — cleaned, mapped, deduplicated, and verified with you.
What does it actually cost?
A free 30-day trial, then flat monthly plans sized by active matters: $99 through 50, $249 through 250, $499 through 1,000, custom above. Contacts, parties, and closed matters never count, users are unlimited, and your first published website is included. Who builds and supports Simply Legal?
Simply Legal is built and supported by the Simply360 team on the Simply360 platform — the same people who build the integrations and do the setup, not a reseller.
Do we have to use the AI?
No — every AI feature in Simply Legal is optional and off until you turn it on. If you do use it, someone at the firm approves anything it proposes, and your people still take the conversations that matter with clients.
